If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund. You may return any physical product purchased on in accordance with the terms below.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested from our team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact us
  • You must return the product in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) in the original packaging. All accessories included with your purchase must also be included with your return
  • The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product

Purchases from for use in healthcare or medical facilities are nonrefundable. The return policy described above shall not apply to such purchases.

When we receive the device, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device is undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse to the payment method you used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
